We then use 3D printing technology known as (FDM) to manufacture each pair of custom orthotics layer by layer according to precise specifications derived from adjusted digital models. Finally, suitable top cover material such as soft foam, leather, moisture-wicking fabric and/or antimicrobial materials is affixed on top of the custom made orthotic shell.
Before each pair of custom made orthotic is sent to healthcare professionals, they will be inspected to make sure there are no sharp edges and/or loose particles and are double checked for accommodations and adjustments in accordance to the prescription form.
